The hotel is located on a quiet street so there is very little street noise. The rooms are large and comfortable with a selection of pillows. Steph at check-in was so friendly -- I wanted to take her home with me. :-)

WE WERE LOCKED OUT IN THE COLD FOR 10 MINUTES BECAUSE THE FRONT DOOR SENSOR DIDN'T WORK. I HAD ROOM 403. THE TOILET DIDNT WORK. It was very similar to the Hampton Inn we had enjoyed the previous night, which was great. Disappointed that hot chocolate and herbal tea were not available. Sad since we do not drink coffee or regular tea which was available to all. It was available and enjoyed in Bloomington, IL the night before.
