Room had a strong odor upon arrival. My room had mold by the window, didnt notice until 2nd day. The bed was comfortable but the rest of the room is in need of repair. Could see water stains and lines on the ceiling. Breakfast was included. Would not stay here again.

The pool had a broken part, and it was not functional, it was filled with green algae. The battery on the card reader on the door had died couldn’t get in needed maintenance to replace the batteries. That’s when I noticed there was no plate on the deadbolt. It was just an open gap. In other words the door could’ve just been pushed in with a slight shoulder bump. Other than that, it was OK.

Surfaces were clean, but the hallways wre dirty and dusty. Recent construction??? Staff was helpful but a bit slow. Parking was limited, kinda odley arranged. Beds were hard!!!

Check in was a breeze. Room was nice but bathtub needed to be ripped out. It had a worn trough down the middle that was a slip and fall waiting to happen. The shower head was not moveable so it was necessary to stand in the trough. Local environment had multiple eatery options and the in/out access to the property was safe and simple. Free breakfast was standard fair but better than many others we've had.

GOOD: comfortable bed; excellent A/C; nice storage; easy parking; convenient desk and TV positioning; nice hair dryer and plenty of hot water. BAD: stayed 5 nights and only had bed made ONCE?; Bathroom tub was a mess: cracked porcelain; faucet dripped; grouting was all broken; drain was offset - open around one edge with rubber gasket hanging out. All of the Bathroom tile edge all around is in bad need of regrouting.
