Coffee maker is broken, home is old and has nails sticking up from wood floor. Be careful not To walk barefoot in home. Charming and close to everything but bedrooms were hot and couldn’t open windows. For the money could have stayed in a nice hotel.

A perfect stay
Impressed in every way with this property. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked with supplies, and very clean. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Location was central to many attractions. Outside areas were absolutely perfect for having morning coffee, drinks, and grilling out. Movie room was great for kids who had a ball. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful house! Charming inside and out, our family of six felt right at home. Nice neighborhood and an easy walk to downtown. If we return to Dayton we won't need to look for anywhere else, the owner has thought of everything.
