Looks not safe. Lot of homeless, drugs. Elevators are smelling like hell.

For an overnight while on a road trip this was a great spot. If we need to spend a night in the Dayton area again we'd seek this place out.

The customer service and the continental breakfast were wonderful. The beds and the bedding was the most uncomfortable. The toilets are too low. To have only one ADA compliant room needs to change.

For the price, I think it's a very good option. Guest service personnel are efficient and friendly. Rooms are clean. Located near shopping and right off of i-675.
