Nice place, but the outside lights you can't switch off, so it was too bright inside to sleep.

All our rooms have thermal backed curtains on the windows and small blinds on the door window so we are surprised the external lighting was an issue.

The closeness to everything meant you could leave the car at the Motel and walk. The variety of eateries is always good 👍

A beautiful, historic house in a perfect location. There are 3 different types of accommodation available and we opted for the historic rooms opposite the pretty breakfast/meals room. I wish I had stipulated ‘ground floor’ as it was difficult for us to carry luggage up the outdoor stairs. I will stay on the ground floor next time. The room was very spacious and well maintained. It had a beautiful ambiance. Our only suggestion - the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Thank you.

Great location, close to town. Accommadation itself is tired and outdated. Rooms could definitely do with a paint. No remote for t.v upstairs and compendium provided requires updating with facilities within the accommodation. Overall ok for the one night but a little on the expensive side for what it is.
