Shower water was lukewarm at best no hot water at all. Room was clean but you could tell it had been painted over stains and still had some on ceilings.
Staff was decent we asked for extra towels quick response.

Staff were nice and friendly and breakfast was good. But the property needs work. Usually its minor things but my room needes some fixes especially the bathroom as the shower leaked pretty badly.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool and spa area is clean and pleasant. Room quality is very good.

Was a great stay and easy check in. Only issue was noise at 5am on second floor

Room had a smell like bad cologne. Toilet wouldn’t flush. AC window unit leaked. Looked very old in places with a few upgrades and a new coat of paint.

As an old hotel man myself I'm always aware of how clean a hotel is. I found this hotel to be very clean and well-maintained. The pool/spa area was very clean and inviting. the room was clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly. The young man was busily setting up the breakfast when we arrived. We come out to Dawsonville once a month and we will come back to this hotel again.
