The room was a nice size. The bed was comfy. Didn't much care for the oddly small pillows. The hot water didn't even last long enough to fill the tub, room wasn't fully cleaned. Garbage from previous occupants was left in room

Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was friendly, the pool was a lot of fun for the kids. My issue was the pillows are horrendous and I ended up with neck problems from them for a couple days.

Very basic room. Suite has no utensils, plates or glassware. Jacuzzi jets were broken and shower was very small. Was expecting a fireplace from the picture but that was not in our room either. Was expecting nicer room, but was disappointed.

It was a great facility. The gentleman at the front desk helpful. When I tried to phone front desk for towels, (had only 1 bath towel, no wash clothes, & 1 hand towel). Phone didnt work. When I went down to ask, was told it doesn't work. I would definitely stay again, as these were very minor. The staff are great, and hotel clean. (Pool/hot tub down also)

Good enough. But the lack of investment into renewing the property is evident. The public area carpeting is stained and worn. The shower curtain in my room was coming apart at the seams. The electric fireplace in the room worked (nice feature, for sure) but the front frame was loose and appeared to be coming apart. The chair in the room was stained. Those little details just add up to the sense that the property is getting tired.

Stayed here anticipating sitting in the hot tub….however after a long drive and a long hike your room, that plan was a bust. Rooms and property were clean but I only booked so I could use the hot tub. There are cheaper options for just sleep.
