Not what we were expecting.
Posted 9 Oct 2023 on HotelsLot of construction on the way up the hill to the hotel. GPS got confused gping on the goat path, the only way we could get there.
We new it would be somewhat isolated so we brought a few food items because the kitchen was advertised. Olny one pot. No frying pan. Very poorly equipped compaired to the advertisement and what we expected.
A breakfas was offeted for a ridiculous price. We had hope to make our own.
We got stuck on the ground floor with no view. The purpose of going to the countryside was to enjoy the view. Hopefully sun set with some happy hour snacks. Possibly sun rise over the mountains.
Found out later that you had to book time to use the spa area.
The bedding and towels very clean.
The buildings weary. The decking and wood stuff looked very fragile.
We are seasoned travelers and realistic.

Dear Mr. And Mrs. "Jean"We are sorry that you did not like it with us and that we could not meet your expectations. The access is indeed difficult at the moment. Fortunately, the construction work at the street will finally be finished next week. It is a pity that you did not come to the reception for the frying pan and other kitchen utensils you might need. This was occupied until 8 pm. At the breakfast buffet (cold) we use many local products. Of course you could have ordered a coffee, without buffet. Spa: Since Corona we have had very good experience with advance reservations. The privacy is appreciated. Also, for energy reasons, we have decided not to heat the facility continuously - without reservations - in midsummer. The warm-up time is 20 min, the children's paddling pool is freely accessible between 9.00 and 19.00 hrs. Our facility consists of 3 floors. All our units have a balcony or terrace from where you have a view of the mountains, regardless of the floor.We wish you many more trips and continued good health. Kind regards,

Die Lage des Hotels ist Top. Viele Pisten zum rodeln und Ski fahren.
Das Zimmer für 3 Personen leider zu klein. Zuviel mit Möbeln zugestellt. So das man den Esstisch nicht wirklich ausnutzen konnte.

Guten Tag Herr "Serkan", danke für Ihren Aufenthalt. Die Einzimmer-Apartments sind ideal für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind mit Kinderbett. Für 3 Erwachsene, welche auch im Zimmer kochen und essen möchten sind diese in der Tat klein. Die ZWEI-Zimmer-Apartments sind dazu ideal. Schade haben Sie vor Ort nichts gesagt. Selbstverständlich hätten wir den kleinen runden Tisch rausnehmen können. Alles Gute im neuen Jahr!
