Old hotel which has been remodeled. Clean. Loved being able to walk across the Lions Bridge ( .4 miles) into old St Augustine. Close to The Amp and Anastasia State Park. The beach was an easy 5 minute drive to the beach. Will stay again.

This property was extremely convenient for attending a show at the amphitheater. Walkable to historic downturn, restaurants coffee, brewery. Clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful people.

This is one of the best places to stay in Saint Augustine. Very clean and very reasonably priced.

Excellent staff. Walkable to historic district and Amphitheater. Very close to restaurants and bars. A little noisy, and we couldn't figure out how to turn the tv on (even with a full page of instructions)
Old building but the owners did a great job cleaning it up and making each room cute with its own personality.
