Daytime front desk staff seemed to be bothered when approached. Only one key card per room due to property not having enough. No kitchen supplies in room to use to cook or eat with.

Love staying here. I come here once a month for husband's medical treatment in Orlando. Very clean and very quiet. Peaceful!!!

The property has people hanging out some people also live here you can clearly tell some have addiction i felt unsafe not only when i checked in some one called & play on our phone repeatedly until i was advised to uplug phone jack as the could not trace who was call calling from another room

The staff were friendly, however the room was disgusting. I had to check out early due to their being roaches inside of our room. There wasn’t just one or two there were about 5-6 that we saw running around the room and even on the bed as well as in the bathroom. When we checked in the room felt moist and the air was shut off for some reason. Even with the ac turned on in the room when we were there for the only night that we stayed the room was still very stuffy. There’s a lot of questionable people walking in the building and the elevator smelled like marijuana. Our hallway smelled like fish. The surrounding area of the hotel is nice, but for some reason this hotel missed the mark. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here if you can help it.
