"Nice location! We attended a 2day conference at SMX and this hotel is located right across SMX with a covered footbridge! Very convenient to go back to the hotel for a quick break from the conference. Staff are also friendly and helpful."

"Really nice resort on the water, but old and needs to be renovated. The air-conditioning wasn’t working very well in my room and it wasn’t cool enough. They came to check it but it didn’t do any good. I think the air-conditioning was just being repaired because there were people out in the hall working on it for two days banging and making a lot of noise. This is the second time I’ve stayed here, I would stay again. I think the air conditioning problem was something they will work out."

"The pinnacle is a good hotel but it used to be excellent . The staff are still excellent but its beginning to show its age like all other hotels do. The food on the nenu is excellent but the breakfast is limited. The biggest downside i found was the shower curtin. It had clearly seen better days and should have been replaced. Would i stay there again. I am doing."
