Superior room has a bad odor and air con is not cold when turn to 16.

I like the staff treating you fabulous. You were their main concerns. The security guard would hail a taxi for you.

Didn't have the room i requested. Try to give me cheaper room for same price . Food was bad over price. Place looked old and not maintained. Over all i would ever go back there. Worse place i been.

The room that they gave me, the location is not good, There is a window but facing the wall of the next building. You can’t see the outside world. You can see the water treatment, some constructions materials dumped downstairs.

Great older hotel that has been updated. Great food and staff. Wonderful beds and large rooms. Close to shopping with public transportation just outside. Ample parking in the back. Highly recommend
