Staff walked into my room without knocking to announcing they’d be entering. No toiletries.

Their booking reservation is not reliable, i booked for queen size bed but they told its twin only not queen, then i showed up to them my booking and when they looked at it, they said no available room instead they gave us a handicapped room. Towels are very old and looks like very dirty.

Best place I’ve stayed in while I was in the Philippines. I will be staying there again. I wish I had more nights there honestly. It’s amazing and very affordable and the staff are fantastic.

The hotel was located in a great area for things to do. Many restaurants to choose from. The hotel restaurant was good also. Good selection of dishes. The staff was great, cooperative and accommodating. The price was terrific. Cleanliness was an issue. I realize that staff was short and our room was bypassed a few times for straightening up and clean towels. Also i realize that this is a tropical climate but the management should invest in a monthly extermination program to eliminate creepy crawly pests in the room. All in all our stay was good.
