Bad in general

Ants everywhere... You will get bite by ants all the time. And the sound proof was awful... You can hear clearly everything from the streets. There were bunch of kids shouting and yelling outside at the same time at night.

This property is awesome. The price is very economical. The property is very clean and has everything needed to prepare your own meals if necessary. The bathroom is very clean to the American standard. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is a excellent choice. The property owner responds to messages promptly with care to the tenant. Everything that you could think of is within walking distance.

The property itself was OK, very clean, nicely decorated. There wasn't any internet. I was able to connect to the wifi after finally finding the password, but there was not any internet available. The worst part about the stay though was the poor directions to the property. The initial directions I received was wrong, it sent me to the opposite side of town. I attempted to call the property owner, but no answer. I found a different address when I did a search for the condo name, but that also took me to a different area of town and another wrong address. Attempted to call the owner again and still no answer. After two hours of complete confusion, I found a way to possibly text the owner. When I opened it, I found a welcome text with the correct address. From the time I arrived in Davao, it took over two and a half hours to find the condo and to get checked in. It was the most frustrating process I've ever had and I've stayed at hundreds of these types of rentals. Just to be fair, because I don't really know whose fault it was for the wrong address, but I booked this through Expedia.

The Room is exceptional. Very comfortable bed..is everything is perfect. But the Building is terrible , I’m very disappointed, it’s 2am in the morning the fire alarm is making as panic ..and it’s happen again around 5:30am . I have children with me ,now they have traumatized of the fire alarm sounds. And then the construction opposite of the building is giving as headache early in the morning, even we are on the 23th floor..Oh well! But overall our Room is more than enough to sacrifice all the issue . Thanks
