I was happy about the house location and everything I needed to stay for a week was set up in house

Richard and the group had left the house neat and tidy. Hope to host him again in the house when he visits Davao. A highly recommended guest.

Not a good property to have in Hotels.com
Posted 13 Oct 2018 on HotelsI went that evening to stay at the Dan Sam House.There were nobody at the house.Owner is complaining that Hotels.com never informed her that the house was rented to me. She says it was Hotels.com's fault.So Hotels.com must refund the money or give me a free night to my account.

Dear Nalini,
Apologies again.
As I had already previously explained before, there was miscommunication between myself and Expedia/Hotel.com.
They were supposed to notify me 2 days beforehand, however, did not get any notification of this.
Regarding the refund, I have not received any payment from expedia/hotel.com. I have spoken to the team about this matter.

場所は閑静な住宅街に位置しており静かでは有るが、裏にある音楽学校？から早朝から大きな歌声で起こされる。
近所のサリサリストアの方は非常に親切にしてくれた。
