Too expensive for what they provide Food quality and cost not equal to the star ratings Hotel.com brand should not be used for such hotels

We stopped over at Umaid Lake Palace on our way from Jaipur to Agra. It was a welcome break from the city din and smog. Even though the stay was brief, we enjoyed the gardens, camel ride to the village, and the patio dining. Would love to have a longer stay on another trip

Experience of being cheated

Pros: Nohting
Cons: the lies of website
Location: 20 Km away from city and is ghostly
the hotel does not have: a swimming pool Staff amenities food IRD Services Front Desk Services Housekeeping Services Light 24-Hrs electricity the Hotel is ghostly to an exend you cant sleep
