Disappointed - old facility, low quality of meals

I had stayed there 7-8 years ago and came back first time last month (March 2023). It was bad as it's overpriced compared with the quality of facility (room remained old and no sufficient hot water for having bath, etc.) and services (breakfast is one of the worst one among hotels with this price range). Staff service is okay, but overall I was disappointed. I will not come back there unless their management is changed.

Excellent cost-benefit, good rooms an infrastructure, nicely situated close to the river. Very nice staff.

Nice rooms and balcony views of the river and temples. Large breakfast buffet with individual orders too. And wonderfully close to hundreds of bars and restaurants on Sisowath Quay overlooking the river.

It wasn’t good because the underfloor bed room was wet all the time and I ask them to fix it but they couldn’t. I’m not going to that hotel again.

I do NOT like being charged for a cracked glass which i noticed in the bathroom and placed it in the kitchen. Noticed it when we came back after room had been made up. It is not the cost but the principle of being charged for something that i DID NOT do. Room is fine but please do not charge people for your staff 's error, most off putting. That's one good reason for NOT RECOMMENDING others as they may be charged randomly too....
