Worst place i have ever stayed in. No hot water, no towels, no soap, no toilet paper. Tv was mounted but they remove the power cord. I couldn't even watch tv.

Hello, Valued Guest:We apologize for the inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay. During your arrival at the hotel together with your girlfriend, our reservation staff discussed these matters as our newly implemented cost-cutting measures during the transition period of the New Management. Perhaps she forgot to discuss these things with you. It was so untimely that your reservation period fell during this transition. We have already discussed these matters with the management and we need to resolve them immediately. Such cost-cutting measure implimentation should not compromise the quality of service we are offering to our guest, and hence then the new management will take it into consideration before this year ends.
