Great service and staff with always a smile. But the place is run down and needs an urgent upgrade.

Very nice resort with attentive staff. We stayed 3 days but would prefer to stay a bit longer next time.

The room describtion here on expedia and that what you get it is complete different they say 25sqm plus balcony/terrace queen bed. What they give was around 16sqm doublebed (1.20m) no terraze/ balcon. But free view for other guest in the room since it is a room direct in front where the stairs coming up! 👹 They give us after heavy complain other room note onlyv1 even we booked 2!!! the manager was so busy and important with his phone on public areas , he could not even talk to us!!! Hotel staff was not willing to assist or help for any other request, since we not been diver ! Complete rip off is the charge for 14 kilometer to the city with 1600 peso. You pay per head not per car with them!!! The staff fanrastic restaurant and hotel staff, they can not do anything about this missmanaging from the Mothercompany and expart manager! Prizes are high end, you can discuss it or not, the quality of food and service is ok! And by the way as they telling them self ECO HOTEL take care of your septic water direct beside Restaurant runing waist water in the Ocean, you as a dive resort/hotel should not doing it!
