Traffic noise on 10th floor Hotel is clean and room spacious. Lovely staff. But please do something about your lighting in all public areas. You think you are providing a warm or romantic atmosphere or like a museum. But I have never been to a hotel where all public places are so DARK. ! I could hardly read to sign at reception. It was also so difficult to read the room number! Even the breakfast room is dark.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location adjacent to the main terminal. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast a bit overpriced for you get. The service girl came over several times to inform us our meal was not included in the room price and we had to pay in the middle of our meal which was a bit strange. Main complaint was the dark lighting throughout the hotel which made it very difficult to navigate for my elderly mother with poor eyesight. Not sure if they’re going for some kind of ambience with such dark lighting in the lobby, hallways, and dining room.

Great location. The people and staff are very sweet and helpful but no early check in was allowed. The room lighting is insufficient especially in the bath area. Also the toilet area is somewhat open to the rest of the room which is only separated via a glass door on one side and a curtain on the other. All in all, very good hotel.
