"I'd stay at this hotel over and over again. First of all - the location is the best. It's right by the Love River and by the train stop. I'd say it's also in the art district where you can view some nice piece of arts . The entire area is an old industrial one, made up of old industrial buildings. But that it's entire charm. "Overall a pleasant stay. Hotel is near light rail station situated at the old harbor area. Room is spacious enough for business & foreign travelers plus international socket available in room. Room wall is slightly thin be wary of certain rooms comes with safety notification plate placed near windows ceiling with lights that cannot be switched off. Desk staff is good enough to provide some advise on restaurants but don't expect much. Do expect minimalist service which I don't mind. "
