"Amazing place - near to great food and shopping. Fairly near to metro. Amazing and very helpful and friendly staff. Only drawback is that the hotel doesn’t have a driveway for cars to pick guests up. So taxis are stopped at the side road (and if it rains, you get wet). "

"the staff were sweet and helpful and i dont speak chinese. it made me feel at home where i can be safe. i lost my key card and they replaced it without any hassle or fee. the cleaning lady was the sweetest ensuring i had new water every day. its very close to the convention centre and the value is amazing. i hope i can come back again to royal star apartments. 🍀🙏🍀"

"Property is located in an apartment building sitting above a plaza. Accessible to convenient stores, food restaurants and groceries. We really enjoyed our stay here and would book with serve you international again. Although we had a language barrier good ol translation app fixes this. They were helpful in making sure our needs were met like booking us car hires and directing us in the right directions."

We had to ask through an app if anyone knew how to contact the property. We finally found someone who spoke very limited English and he contacted the owner of the property. She arrived 30 minutes later and we could only communicate with her through Wechatt. She was reluctant to show the room unless we paid in advance. She did not accept credit cards. She insisted...

"I'm sorry that I didn't take photos. The size of the rooms are really nice. My room's chair and bench seat had horrible large stains room 2208. The phone was very dusty. The hallway carpet were never vacuumed during my 5 day stay there, lots of lint on the entire hallway. The bellman won't help unless you ask, they also don't help you with luggage. I put dnd light on but they knocked and insisted on bringing in towels. I stayed there because my friend lives nearby and the price is reasonable....

I was extremely sad to leave, the hotel staff could not have been more kind and welcoming during our stay and helpful as we planned excursions inside and outside the city. "This is my second stay with Springdale Serviced Residence. The apartment was big and clean. You feel like home staying here. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only downsize is big bus cannot enter their car park to allow us to load and unload our luggage. But the concierge will help us ferry our luggage to the main road and settle our luggage. We have pleasant here, thanks to the helpful concierge for handling 30 over pieces of luggage."

"Use the heated pool, the water temperature is too cold for me. The dressing room is not well maintained. The staff are excellent, at Chuan, Ming Court, Alfresco, the Reception and the concierge. The worst is the location, it’s only good for attending the Canton Fair or exhibitions at nearby halls."
