Great location!
Walking distance to city centre and all amenities, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, and grocery store,
Cottage Room very small but clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, but it seemed busy in the mornings. The reception has a cooler with wine and beer for purchased.
The cottage rooms with the patio, are very close together, which offer no privacy if you want to sit on your patio area,. The walls are very thin so you can hear the people in the next room.
There was a large group during my stay who are extremely loud till 5 am in the morning. Although the staff tried to get them to settle down, it didn’t work.
I guess you should expect this when you’re in a small resort.
The pool would have been nice but was full of kids at all hours.
How did it not be in for the lack of peace and quiet? I would highly recommend this property.
Again, it has some major pluses and if you’re OK, wearing earplugs at night then it’s a great place to stay.
Bug spray is a must!! they sell it at the front desk for a reason.

Close to downtown. Walking distance to many restaurants and malls. Quiet with many trees and pool.

Resort is in an awesome location for walking to the CBD shops or the Waterfront precinct (for dining).
Lovely gardens and breakfast was great value.
Stayed in a garden bungalow -very quiet & great aircon.
Only criticism would be that pool is a little small -would have been great if separate adults & children"s pool. Certainly stay here again if we get back to Darwin.
