The check in process took over an hour due to insufficient staff and resources to deal with the volume of people. At best the room is equivalent to a three star motel, with two flat pillows on the bed and no amenities such as bottled water, tea/coffee etc. The shower was adequate but not great. Staff seemed inclined to give you any plausible answer rather than say they don’t know. Not particularly helpful. Swimming pool looks awesome though.

I liked the pool area, rooms were average (we stayed over night we flew in at 1am)

Dont stay if you need to sleep
Posted 6 Jul 2024 on HotelsArrived 12.30am and asked for a room with minimal disturbance. I had also requested this at time of booking. I think even if they tried they could not have put me in a room that had more people checking in at all hours of the morning in every room around me. Drunk people outside near the pool at 1.30am screaming kids checking into their room next door at 3am. More drunk people checking in to their room at 4am and thought my room was theirs, trying to get in the door. Never again, ill pay the $50 taxi both ways and stay in the city.
