What a dump!!! This place really needs an overhaul. The decor is outdated. Its shabby. Needs more than a lick of paint, more like the whole paint factory. The area it is in is a bit "dodge". The only saving grace is some staff members did their best with what they were working with. The breakfast was not nice. The home fries were refried more than once. The room was shabby. No coffee pot to make coffee. Though coffee available down in lobby but that was defeating the purpose. Nice to have coffee before you leave the room. No words would describe how much i hated the place. Its like time forgot this hotel. I am normally very positive about reveiws but this was an absolute disappointment to me. Ive been planning this holiday for two years and this was such a let down. Ill never go back. I booked through Expedia thinking it would be grand. No unfortunately not. Definitely not for me.

Property was older, price was good.
The good? Atlantic Superstore across the street for food/snacks
The price as noted
The bad? Smelled mildewy/wet and alot of smell of weed.
Would I stay again? Probably not

We arrived very late. The fellow at the desk got us registered and helped us get our luggage to our room. By that I mean he put it in the elevator and sent it up as we didn’t have room in the first elevator. The beds were comfy and we had a good sleep. Booking through Expedia saved us a lot of money.

Not sure what’s boutique about this place. The room was adequate but the facility is tired. Painfully slow elevator. Walking distance to two small cafes for breakfast, and a grocery store, but that’s about it. Insufficient parking so they use the grocery store lot for overflow

Property is right behind the Atlantic Superstore for groceries, etc. Lighting was extremely poor.

The cost to quality ratio for this hotel is not worth it. Linens had spots on it, we didn't get the room we booked, and the room service left our door unlocked.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Best night’s sleep of the trip. The only issue was the room needed to have been cleaner. Surfaces did not appear to have be dusted in a while.

When we first arrived we noticed a very run down building across the street but the rest of the surrounding buildings and homes looked ok. At check-in we asked for an upgrade but were told all the rooms are similar so no upgrade. When we arrived in our room we noticed it was very outdated and run down and we couldn't get the tv to work. The front desk clerk came up to our room and tried to get it going with no luck. She offered us another room and that's why my rating is good. The new room was updated and much better overall. Windows need a good cleaning but all in all the room was good for the price. It’s a king room on the 3rd floor. A new apartment complex is being built next to the hotel so beware. Luckily, they were not working when we were there. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like the area where the property is located. A lot of addicts around the neighborhood. Very dirty and and run down buildings.
