Staff were good. Didn’t spend much time in the hotel. The room we stayed in was nice and clean.
However as a point of information the big window was in need of replacement as the seal was broken and the wall showed serious signs of a water leak inside.

Stay was excellent. My only complaint is that parking is difficult. There are not enough spaces and it is tough to maneuver around. Front staff and breakfast and bar staff were excellent, and the breakfast meals were excellent.

The hotel had a musty smell, the room door was difficult to open and close (did not hang correctly on the frame), the paint on the walls was chipped

This was a great location to stay while visiting Halifax area, you can drive or take the ferry across the harbour, liked the ferry better, but driving gets you to more places of interest.

Great location for proximity to Alderney Landing and waterfront restaurants.No carpet in the rooms which is great,Wish they had a continental breakfast.

Remodelled..very nice and welcoming..rooms clean. Only con..free breakfast was not provided as advertised on expedia.com. Highly recommened..clise to everything you need.
