The staff were very good, the food was nice. The hotel was very cold, no heating on in restaurant or rooms. One electric heater was poor. The bed was AWFUL, springs coming through the matress, hard ridges in it, hardly slept all night. Very limited coffee/tea /sugars in room, although staff were very good when i requested more. No spare pillows in room, and barely 1 toilet roll. The bathroom was cold, damp and no extractor fan working. In all, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Did not offer any dairy alternatives at breakfast, even though I paid for breakfast I couldn’t really eat anything as there was no milk or butter alternative offered. The hair dryer in the room didn’t work and there was only one working plug socket.

Parking not free and mattresses unsuitable

The start of the stay said was free parking which was charged £5.20 Staff were friendly and helpful The room clean and basic but was fine for the price The bed had more springs poking though than zebedee, don't think I've had such a bad sleep After contacting reciption was told they were replacing the mattress but i was unlucky that mine hadn't room 212 The room was quiet Overall very disappointed
