They need more staff to adequately service guests particularly during breakfast times

The small space of room was not ideal for the price i paid per night

Problem 1: too noisy from motorway and city streets so close. Windows not double glazed Problem 2: breakfast and checkout taking too long. The receptionist also work the cafe and bar so take longer then necessary

I have stayed at this Ibis before, I won't be going back! The daily rate was really expensive. I was put in a room next to the lifts and directly with the window facing onto a very busy and noisy motorway. It was impossible to sleep. Worst hotel experience to date.

As a regular guest, you may already know that all our rooms are situated near the lifts, and one side of the building does face the highway. While most guests are not disturbed by this, we understand that noise sensitivity varies. Had we been made aware of your concerns, we would have been happy to accommodate your request for a quieter room.As for the rate, prices fluctuate based on demand, and we recommend booking in advance for better pricing options.
