It was a good stay. However, my keys kept having problems and that became increasingly annoying. However the staff were very accommodating. I would stay there again.

This property was well maintained. The check in process was smooth and quick. The hotel was able to honor my request for a ground floor room. They accepted my dog with no extra fees. The room contained a microwave and refrigerator which were clean and exceedingly convenient. I enjoyed everything about this stay.

The first night I had a regular room which was very clean and comfortable but basic -- there were tiny holes in the curtains that needed replacing, AC was loud and the fan didn't work properly, no coffee pot, coffee in the room, etc. 2nd night I was upgraded to a 'superior' room. It was huge and everything was very nice and worked well, and included a coffee pot and coffee. Reminded me of the old days when 'superior' was what we expected for a 'regular' room (except for the size). Times have definitely changed.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us Carolyn. Yes in-room coffee is only available in the superior rooms, per Red Roof Inn standards. We do offer brew-to-order coffee in the lobby 24/7. The noisy A/C will be addressed today, as this is the first complaint we have received about it. I do hope you decide to stay with us again as your A/C concern will be addressed immediately.

Property was clean and well stocked and well lit. Staff was kind. Excellent coffee maker in the lobby.

Friendly staff; clean rooms; good value. Coffee makers in rooms would be a nice addition.
