My money was stolen at this place. Do not go there.

Firstly, we regret hearing this and apologize for any inconvenience. You reported the matter after you had already check-out. We do not have a theft problem Sea Cliff Court, however we did rewind our CCTV cameras, to be sure. You claimed the money was stolen in our Lobby, while you had left your bags un-attended. First time you reported that 2000 was missing. A few days later, you contacted us that 3000 was missing. As per our CCTV cameras no one was seen touching your bags while they were in the Lobby. We did however see that you had visitors coming to your room often, while staying with us. Maybe that's were something went wrong? Please feel reassured that we have taken your complaint seriously, and unfortunately nothing suspicious has been found. Assuring you of our best attention at all times.

I don’t know where to start Reception lady was very rude and unwelcoming ..! She was upset with every little question .. We arrived and waited for 20 min and no one was dealing with us .. We wanted to upgrade our rooms since we realized what we booked was lower grade .. receptionist couldn’t help us she had to call the “MANAGER “ in middle of night and we ready to pay for upgrade ..! At end manager gave us upgrade without charges that was nice of him (we waitited for an hour ) Then we got to the room the AC wasn’t working the fan sound like propeller.. it was very hard night Next day woke up went to breakfast .. not much choices .. and rotten pineapple was set for breakfast… I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

When I booked I thought it was at the Sea Cliff hotel. It was not but rather more of an apartment hotel for possibly longer stays. I learned it was a sister property. Be careful when booking. It is not what I was expecting. If you want a cleanish more basic place to stay it is perfect. Large rooms. Wonderful staff!

The restaurant staff was exceptional. The front desk and cleaning staff could use a lesson in guest services! The property could use a facelift. There was mold inside of the shower and a strange smell in the room. The location was in a nice area. However, we would have preferred to stay at the SEA CLIFF HOTEL! This reservation was made in error.
