Not a luxury hotel but a good place for the price. There is a restaurant in the building open 24/7. I felt very comfortable there. The only crticism is that wifi quality was very poor.

Disappointing Hotel
Posted 18 Mar 2018 on HotelsThe hotel location was different from google where we found, and it took us 30 mins to ask the local. Most of them don't know the location. Besides, the room condition was bad, e.g. Dirty Bed, Smelly Refrigerator, Broken Wardrobe, Rusted Sink, Half-used Toiletries, Water-leaked A/C.....

On the mischief you en counted on location we wish to state Hotel De Mag is very clearly mapped on a google map and Most of our guests use it often to reach the hotel. We have noted your concerns about other issues particularly regarding our room condition. We wish to assure you and our guests that during our daily turn down exercise all our rooms are well inspected to suit guest use. Issues such as dirty bed, bad smell, leaked A/C, unemptied dust bins are Scrutinized at this stage. We cannot allocate a room to guest that don't meet the guest standard. Hope you will glad us an opportunity to host on your next trip.

Well priced and clean

Posted 21 Oct 2017 on HotelsIt was fair. Nice staff. Location fair, toiler/bathroom too small. When you shower water is all over toilet. Water in shower not draining. AC dripping water. Fan making awful noises.
