Need Wheat based Indian Chapati and pratha should be unlimited drinking water hardly one guest will drink max 2 ltr and rest is all good. specially Staff is nice.

Bad customer service and bad breakfast and the room is not clean and out side very noisy

This hotel isn't the Hilton by any means but if you are looking for a safe, clean budget hotel this would be it. Didn't see any bugs (we've had issues in other tropical hotels) and the room was very clean!

Terrible Experience
Posted 7 Nov 2023 on HotelsWe had a terrible experience at this hotel. We were first checked into a room that hadn't been cleaned and were then moved to the adjacent room which happened to be right next to the elevator. The walls are thin and we could hear everything from the next room. The front desk agents who checked us in were less than courteous and had attitudes when we brought forth the deficincies. The laundry misplaced one of the four items we sent for washing and had an attitude when we asked them about the missing item. The bellwoman, doorwoman, housekeeing and lunchroom staff were courteous however we wouldn't recommend this hotel for future stays.
