"The Golden Palm was a quiet oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle around Alona Beach. It’s too bad there is no direct access to the beach and we have to walk around for about 10-15 minutes in the heat, but otherwise the pools were great and the garden is well maintained."

"We stayed as a group of 4 people for 6 nights. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant food is very good. The pool is great for kids and an afternoon relax. The location is 6 min walk to beach, or 10 min walk to the strip. I would recommend it. "

Customer service was great as well, except the room service. Took an hour for coffee and had to call 3 times just for plates and silverware. "

"Great place just outside of town square,quick walk to beach,room was comfy,nice little deck,staff were great, friendly and fun, the pool was a real bonus and they played wicked music,no kareoke!!!loved our week stay and will come back!one thing ,there is construction beside hotel,so if ya cant take a little hammering,bring ear plugs!!"
