This property is clean and quiet with amazing views. A little off the beaten path so you don't have 1000s of people on the beach in front of the resort. The staff are amazing! Kind and helpful! Will definitely be back!

The views were amazing from my room. However the toilet had a leak and the floor was always wet. The breakfast included was minimal and add on were expensive. But the staff was fantastic. Its a 4 dollar tooc tooc ride to Alona beach area. But there was this street food place a couple block walk that was phenomenal for 7 bucks!

The beach area is not great, it would have been nice if the area is cleaned/maintained on a daily basis. Front desk service is good, but dining service is not (only one person, and sometimes you have to wait awhile to see somebody) I understand it's a small place. Breakfast was good, mango juice in a can terrible, I'd rather have fresh calamansi juice juice or fresh buko. When you're in an island and fresh fruits are in abundance using juice in cans or powder form is terrible. I am from Dauis, I just need some rest before going home from a long flight, I love how quiet the location was.

Very nice quiet hotel on the beach with a pool.
Good breakfast.
Close to Alona beach.
Taxis are available to go on day trips.

The view was great. Pool very nice. The beach was a parking lot for boats.
Transportation was excellent. Food was good.
Room was clean add well kept.

Staff was great however you cannot swim at the reefs as there are many boats there. This was suppose to be a selling point for us
