The front desk would like us to pay for the breakfast, even it is included in the Itinerary. The pool is unclean. No wifi.

Staff in the skybike didn't put harness & not well trained. Don't answer calls. Few signages going to the ecopark so u will get lost. No internet nor cellphone network. Towels smelly, food not so good. Pricey activities & not included for the room guests. Few staff. Dogs are great, they are trained. Swimming pool dirty. Electricity is solar. I will not recommend this park.

We do understand your frustrations and apologize for your negative experienced in the park. In every activities, we always trained our guides and we always secure the safety of our guest. So before the guest will do the activity we ensure that safety harness are properly wear. We will investigate this matter and we'll call the attention of the staff in the park regarding your raised concerns, since we don't tolerate this kind of behavior from our staff. For the reception of the mobile network, as of now we only have Smart Network in the park and we are working for the installation of Globe Network in the park so every visitor can enjoy their phone while in the park, since we are mountain resort so there is really a problem when it comes cellular network. For the signage going to the park, we put signage along the way to keep you guys guided on the way.

Out of the way unique property. Lots of activities to enjoy but all at additional but reasonable costs. You have everything you need on site for a multiple day stay.
