My room had an inconvenient aroma. The room was just unsatisfactory all around. The staff were great and I did not complain because they were so nice at check-in.

2 hours on the phone with Expedia on a prepaid stay at this hotel. Lady at front desk was extremely rude and not helpful at all.
Phone calls to the hotel were not answered and phone rang continuously.

The hotel is very good. Except by the bathroom in the rooms need some updates.
The staff people are very friendly and serviceable.
I recommend this hotel if you want to pass a great accommodation and to know the areas near to the hotel. Near to the hotel there are many places for to know.

The Dana Point Harbor is always beautiful, but especially decorated spectacularly at Christmastime.
