Beautiful hotel but unpleasant rooms.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and the staff all very friendly. However, we stayed in the main building, not the bungalows, and the rooms are very unpleasant. There are no windows, not a single one. So you are always in the dark - it feels like a prison cell.

Excellent Property, front desk needs improvement

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in the private cabin room with a jacuzzi in front. This property is definitely gorgeous especially the room we stayed. Everything is great, the hotel restaurant is very well-designed with live music at night and the breakfast is so delicious with great varieties. However, one thing we found a bit lack was the professionalism of the front desk service. They were not very helpful, we asked them to send some toiletries twice because we ran out but they never did and when we called again they said all the hotel staff had returned home and would not be back until tomorrow!

We couldn't check in at 14.00 hrs. (Only one was ready but another one couldn't.) The emergency information of Room 22 was wrong. It stated that the room number was 23. In front of the building entrance, there two ashtrays on the left and right hand side . It wasn't ok when we got to walk pass with kids.

Good location and services. Welcome drink, coconut juice, is really good. Nice pool. But lots of flies in breakfast dinning room, so unsanitary and annoying.
