"Had largest shopping center in Denmark next door!! Need I say more. Grocery store,items more than in US. In shop center. Train into town 10 min walk. Fast. Stay on train for nyat boat rides everything close by going back in Nov. Again.loved feel,people,helpful people. I'm 74 retired airline crew, travel all over the world, but really enjoyed cph. Going again summer 2025.6 weeks,same friendly hotel!"

"It was nice but the area has so much construction going on. Our room had clothes in the laundry from previous guests. The master bedroom overheated from the Sun in the morning and loud noises echoed and woke up guests with windows opened. The lobby concierges were new but they were kind. The area around is really nice, the marina and all but just needs more and to finish road work."

"The apartment was in a very good location, it was very clean and we had a great experience with their customer service. The apartment was just like in the photos. The building and courtyard was also very pretty and clean. You can leave your luggage at their storage room locker if you arrive before check in time. We had an amazing visit, highly recommend this apartment hotel. "

"My wife and I liked the idea of renting a small hotel apartment, so we would have more space, the option to eat in, etc. Our unit was comfortable, reasonably spacious, and well thought out. Our only real quibble was that the refrigerator was not working properly, and foods were not kept cool enough. The hotel is convenient to public transportation, and was fairly quiet. An easy walk to Tivoli Gardens, many stores and restaurants, etc. Friendly and helpful staff."

"The unit itself was clean and comfortable. And for the most part I was pleased. What I didn’t like is that this is an apartment rental. NOT a hotel like the listing leads you to believe. This company must own a few units in a residential apartment building. The day before we arrived I got a text from them confirming I had gotten the email with the instructions on how to get into the apartment. "The contactless check in and out was very convenient. Apartment was more spacious than expected. There were a few things that would have improved the stay such as coat hooks in the entrance hall, a dishwashing cloth to wipe surfaces, another sofa for everyone to relax. Overall a well located apartment for a great city break. Everything within walking distance and a Netto just around the corner. "

"I did not get to check in to this property. I arrived in Copenhagen to a message staying that there was no booking , no room. They said they dont work EXPEDIA. Theyd had others turn up that they weren't expecting. I called EXPEDIA. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! STRANDED AT AIRPORT. I HAD TO ARRANGE NEW ACCOMMODATION AT A CONSIDERABLY HIGHER PRICE. Never again will I use or recommend EXPEDIA! "

As this is a budget hotel room service is only every three days unless you request it. Breakfast was good value and wide range of items offered. Luggage can be stored on site for around 60DKK per 24 hours (either before or after check out) Fine for the price paid"

"The hotel is clean, modern, breakfast is excellent. The hotel is a minute walk from Copenhagen central trains station with easy access to and from the airport and all over Copenhagen. We used public transport a lot. The spa was a welcome addition (additional fee is required for the spa and Pool access which you need to book in advance) you get 2 hours and was great at the end of our trip to unwind and relax out tired muscles before going home."

CONVENIENCE!

"We had an overnight layover in Copenhagen and you can not beat the location and ease of access to this hotel. You don't even have to leave the airport! We picked up our bags and were literally in the hotel within 5 minutes. Was very easy to hop on the train and go into the city for a few hours in the morning. The staff was friendly, the bathroom nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable - I slept really well. "

"I rarely leave a review but honestly this hotel deserves a 5 star review. Everything was excellent from checkin to comfort to the standard of everything - well stocked mini bar, great rituals shower gel and shampoo, comfy bed, amazing view, friendly staff! I travel a lot so it takes a lot for me to leave a review let alone be so impressed."
