"Property was clean and pleasant. Thoughtful welcome note and treats for people and pups. Bathrooms included plenty of towels, soap/bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Icemaker for refrigerator was broken with note stating such. A/C stopped working the second day (Saturday), either it was programmed that way or a malfunction. Call to management went unreturned after leaving voice message on Sunday. Second call to management company was answered...

"My family wanted this to be a 5 star vacation rental but unfortunately it was not. The ice maker in the refrigerator is broken. The local team did send a kid who dropped 2 bags of ice off which was nice. But for the rate they charge for the condo they can afford to replace the fridge. The jacuzzi tub was disgusting. Filled it up, turned on the jets and BAM it was full of black gunk that blew out of the jets. They offered to send housekeeping but I refused because it should have been cleaned...
