Could have been better

First time in Saudi and we have been all over the country. I've left 5 star reviews on all hotels and it pains me to say, I can't do that here. First of all, the place is clean and beautiful. The rooms are really clean and well done. The fit essentially ce ter is top notch. We had some frustration that in the kitchenette there wasn't at least silverware or plates. In all the others we at least had that. Also, the AC would stop in the middle of that which woke us up. Again, nothing that can't be fixed. Checking was really frustrating. Nobody to help us with our bags and had to come back and ask about wifi. Wanted to ask about breakfast was just told to call a number. Then at checkout, I was told that I couldn't get a copy of my bill because I used Expedia. This isn't correct as we have received copies from all of the other hotels that we have been to. I'd stay here again because the price was very good and the place is nice. Just wish things would have been better at checking and checkout.

Die Unterkunft ist ganz neu, sauber, breit und schön. Personal ist nett aber nicht ganz kompetent und brauchen etwa Erfahrung. Der Manager hat Erfahrung und könnte schwierige Situationen schnell behandeln. unterm Strich waren wir ganz zufrieden!
