Great place to stay, I have been staying there every time I visit Dammam and I have never been disappointed

Not well maintained in the middle of an industrial area. Nothing in walking distance range.

I came for a quick business meeting and I was trying to find a place that is quiet enough and close enough to all important destination's. It was my best option.

Bad experience all around. Wouldn’t recommend it.
Posted 14 May 2024 on HotelsThere was no hot water, and they only informed me at check-in time, which was too late to change, as it was nearly midnight. The omelette station guy is never there and you have to wait 5-10 minutes as he comes still using his phone and doesn’t look like he wants to help anyone. The tables in the restaurant are dirty and they barely clean them between customers, and when they do, they only clean the parts of the table that were used, not the whole table. The cafe staff and the reception staff are ALWAYS on their phone and don’t like their employees or working at the place. I would not recommend it at lol.
