When Hotels.com books you at a condemned motel

Well, there was no stay because when I arrived, there was absolutely no cars in the parking lot so I went to the office and the door was locked and there was a big sign on the door that said, condemned, not fit for human occupancy

The stay was horrible , first off they gave my reservations away , I had to wait for an hour for a room to get cleaned . Then the room was disgusting and nasty !!! Dirty and filthy & I was still charged

We booked 2 rooms at this hotel. Upon arrival we were told our rooms were unavailable and wed have to stay elsewhere.
