All staff was friendly. office and rooms were welcoming. cleanliness we would give 10/10. Rooms looks newly remodel, new furniture, bedding was comfortable. Really got good sleep whole night. We enjoyed the Breakfast as well.

Booked a room while driving to rest for the night with our two dogs. The night clerk was friendly, I was surprised to learn I needed to pay a pet fee, I did not see that mentioned anywhere. The lobby looked newly remodeled, it was bright and welcoming. We received a double room instead of the king I requested but it wasn’t a big deal. The room was remodeled, appeared clean at first glance. Hair in the shower, dirty floors, poor paint job. However, the beds were clean, extremely comfortable, and we slept well. Ac worked great. Our tv had damage to the screen. Traffic was a little noisy outside but we slept through it. Morning clerk was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was solid, including bagels, fresh made waffles, oatmeal, juice, muffins, coffee and tea. It was Overall, great place to rest your head for the night and the staff were friendly.

Property was right off the highway, so easy to get to. We arrived late, around 9:30 pm, and no one was at the front desk. I tang the bell several times before someone arrived about 10 minutes later.Room was clean and quiet.

Don't have good customer service won't be back
When I checked in I was not charged a deposit I stayed the first day and night then my second day I left and came back that evening and was locked out of my room. I went to the office and was told I have to pay $100 deposit or leave and wouldn't be able to get my stuff out of the room. I had to call my mother in Louisiana to get the money sent to me so I could get back in my room and stay because my mom already had paid for the room for me for 2 nights $145. I don't see how they can get away with doing that after I already stayed the night before. That's not right and I won't be staying there again and will tell everyone about it and they won't stay because if you don't charge the deposit at check in you shouldn't be able to charge it a night and day later. My family has stayed at alot of hotel and they never did this. My mom spends alot of money on rooms because she gets rooms all the time just because and this has never happened and none of us will come to this place again.

We always stay at this property. It is close to the ball field. Nice swimming pool. Wendys resurant is in front of the hotel. Rooms are cleaned daily. Comfortable beds.

I love how the concierge is always so welcoming and supportive of every need and request. I appreciate all rooms being non-smoking! Thank you for always allowing an early check-in despite the fee.
