Very clean, spacious and modern hotel. Only had a 1 night stay but was lovely. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was yummy.

Was ok, not the lost friendly reception staff. Misleading pool/ spa area as it is not suitable for kids

Dear Guest, thank you for teh feedback about your recent stay at Spa Hotel Parigi 2. May I ask you who welcomed you at your arrival? Our staff is friendly & polite, so I would like to better understand what happened. I do apologise if you have been disappointed about it. We always take our guests' feedback into account to ameliorate our service, but we need to know what was wrong during the stay otherwise we are not able to ameliorate it. At the moment of the reservation, our guests receive a message in the Expedia inbox where it is written the spa access is not allowed to children under 16 years old. This is due to the high temperature in that area which could be dangerous for children. It is a safe measure for the safety of all our guests. In the spa area there no pool but a hydro & aero massage whirpool. Your satisfaction is important to us and we would like to improve our service to ensure we offer a high quality experience for our guests in the future. I hope you will consider staying with us again in the future so that we can have another chance to provide you a great experience. Best regards.
