"The location of this hotel is excellent, and there is a variety of pillows to choose from for a great night's sleep. The room and bathroom are fully equipped, with strong water pressure and hot water for a relaxing shower. The breakfast menu is delicious, and you can order whatever you like. Plus, you can enjoy the sauna for free during your stay. Definitely worth booking!"

"I would stay again at this place in a heartbeat as a matter of fact I did. Inside the rooms somethings are a little bit worn but that’s ok s it has the best hotel shower I have ever had. When you arrive at the front of the Hotel go to the door on the left side street, go to the Elevator and press 3, that is the floor the hotel and reception is on. "

"Allways like coming to Rixos Dubrovnik (usually once a year for last 5-6 years). Like Turkish hospitability as further you go East more hospitable cultures... While subjectively I love the place and it is still my favorite Spa in Dalmacia, objectively there are some things that bit degraded with time. Food, I guess the global situation with the cost of food reflects on current offer, the variability of current offer is much less compared with previous years. There were 3 instances of false fire...

"The staff were always smiling. The wellness centre is fantastic although i would prefer an On Demand button for the Jacuzzi rather than wait 25 mins. Breakfast was so good, i dont normally eat it but went down every morning. Room waa fantastic and the view of sunrise and sunset is better than the Maldives (i should know after a year there). Only thing i didnt enjoy was the 3am call from the neighbours loud "jiggy jiggy" ;@) but this only happened once. I will be back, no doubt about that."

"Overall the hotel was good, although personally I would not stay here again. My personal points. Pros 1) staff very friendly and helpful. 2) maids were excellent, room was also spotless. 3) general hotel was clean and well presented. 4) close to a small beach, although the beach was often crowded and the sea was quite shallow, if you like swimming it was possible to wade out 150m to the deaper water. 5) walkable distance to the old town, approx 15-20 min walk depending on your pace. 6) shops...

"Lovely hotel, had a really nice time. When I arrived I was given a twin room when I’d booked a double as the staff assumed I’d want to be next door to my family. I explained to them I would’ve appreciated them asking me before changing my room type because I didn’t want a twin room for a single person. Beautiful room regardless and enjoyed our time there."

"Just returned. A beautiful resort with friendly staff but unfortunately value for money wasn't great. Expensive drinks - we expected to pay more but the drinks were too costly for the amount and the portions of food were small (and I'm not a big eater). The rooms weren't cleaned as you would expect - only towels changed. The beds were not made (only left as we made them) and bathrooms not cleaned. Only shower gels replaced. "A wonderful hotel in a breathtaking location. We chose a sea view and wow, what a view - breathtaking. All staff were friendly and helpful, we chose underground parking for 10 euro/night, but there was on street parking available. Our suite was lovely, spacious snd spotless with two bathrooms and a kitchenette. We had a living room and a huge bedroom with a very comfortable bed. "The customer service here is top notch. Check-in staff was friendly and accommodating. They upgraded our room with a balcony facing the water. They even made sure to pack my partner and I two grab & go meals to take with us on the plane as we were checking out early before breakfast. They also coordinated a taxi for us to the airport.
