The rooms are clean, functional, and a nice size. The staff professional and attentive. It feels abandoned. The lunch and dinner service are not available in the big restaurant. The interior design is dated and the exterior is in real need of repair. They will probably available rooms because so few want to stay there.

I didn't like the elevator situation. They only had one in operation. Other than that it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Terrible service!! Night manager was very racist and made our party (9 Hispanic families) feel uncomfortable at all times. He even admitted to us that he was racist. Called the cops on one of our Mom's for waiting in the lobby while the children ate fries (literally in front of the hotel restaurant). Cops he called also didn't even care to listen ..just took his side. Wanted to kick us out of our rooms. NEVER BOOK here if you are a minority.
