Officially my first time in a “roach motel” Woke up to see them crawling the walls!! Room wasn’t cleaned well to begin with but that was the worst part by far

Reservation said if late check in to pick up phone at front desk to be let in. I arrived after 10pm (booked on Expedia an hour prior) and was not allowed to check in. I had to find another hotel last minute and sti working on getting a refund.

No one at the counter after 10 to check in. Will never book again. Save your time.
