The elevator had a very bad odor. Smell like animal urine and poops.

A reminder to myself that you get what you pay for. I would have rayed this place a 3 out of 5 if not for the baby roaches in my room and the strong chemical odors in the hallways and my room. Theres also no basic amenities like a hair dryer orr iron. Never again will i stay at a Wood Springs.

I booked for just 1 night got there and the hotel smelled so nasty, room was not to clean and their was cockroaches everywhere.

I made a reservation on Expedia and I was able to book a room and pay in full for for two nights once I arrived to the location. The front desk associate told me there was not room available. I said I already paid for it. She said yeah well you have to contact Expedia and that’s good refund, I was disappointed was looking forward to shower and rest .
