This property was well maintained, in a great location and safe. The staff was awesome, very friendly. Breakfast was great with nice selections where you did not need to eat the same every day. We stayed two nights. Our stay was fantastic with just a couple of things. First, the beds were super comfortable, but the pillows were so soft, I wish they would have provided more in the room as it was hard getting a comfortable sleeping position. The other thing was, they lost water in the area and late at night they did not have water in the facility. Other than that, I recommend this place to anyone.

Great service! The facility is new and has really nice amenities/bedding. The walls are a little thin by the door, so we did hear kids running around outside. They were quiet at night though, so it wasn't a big deal. I'd say if they had better YouTube options for the TV our stay would've been cozy. I recommend bringing a laptop and HDMI connection if you want to watch your own videos and movies.

Very good newer hotel in a popular area with plenty of shopping and eateries nearby. Quick access from freeway Limited but Decent breakfast included. The rooms were a little smaller than other similar hotels but very comfortable and clean. I was a little annoyed they charged me again when I Had already paid on Expedia. But they quickly fixed it in the morning. Overall would stay at a Hilton Tru again.

I was in Lewisville on business, this is about 20mins from DFW airport, it’s by a shopping mall and restaurants literally in the same parking lot. Nice open views from the window of my room. Staff and breakfast every morning was great. I will be back. Thanks

The stay would have been fine except someone came into a room with a key in the middle of the night. The next day my key did not work. I shouted as they opened the door and they and they retreated. I don't know if they were part of the staff or not. I mentioned it to the staff and I got a quick sorry about that and that was it. Perhaps there was more going on behind the scenes but it certainly unsettled our stay.

I got mistaken for hotel staff. Otherwise good.
I stayed here one night on a business trip. I got in early and asked if I could park my car at the hotel while my coworker and I made some visits to other parts of the DFW. She said it was fine. I sat in the breakfast area waiting for my coworker and a woman wearing a "Tru" T-shirt grabbed something off of the to-go bar and stood at the check-in counter. (The lady who checked me in was in the back. There were no other customers at the time.) The lady in the "Tru" shirt looked at me, somewhat indignantly, and shouted at me, "Can I pay for this?" I looked at her, puzzled, and said. "Uhhh ... I don't work here." And I thought to myself, "But don't YOU work here?" I think she was a new member of the cleaning staff. She was asking a lot of questions of the check-in lady and being kind of rude, it seemed like. I wonder if she still works there! Overall, this is a great, clean property with good breakfast. Oh, I was going to work out on their Peleton bike but noticed it was missing a pedal! So I used the elliptical instead, which I don't like as much. There's a Tru that my family stayed in out at the Fort Worth Alliance area and it was wonderful. This one isn't that good, but good for what I needed.
