When we checked in Diego was the sweetest and super friendly. We had a great experience our first time at the hotel.

The stay would have been fine except someone came into a room with a key in the middle of the night. The next day my key did not work. I shouted as they opened the door and they and they retreated. I don't know if they were part of the staff or not. I mentioned it to the staff and I got a quick sorry about that and that was it. Perhaps there was more going on behind the scenes but it certainly unsettled our stay.
