Did not clean my room daily. I had to give the staff a 24 hour notice to get it cleaned and I wasn’t advised of that. Clean rooms should be done daily unless asked not to clean it. Also, very loud guests above me.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good. The air conditioner was loud and the smoke detector light blinked it was a little bother some at night. Overall good stay!

The bed comforter blankets had a terrible smell as if they were washed with dirty water. We requested another room and it was the same issue. It took a third try to finally get a room that didnt have smelly blankets and sheets. First and last time we will ever stay at a Tru hotel.
